Iced Tea Easy Recipe
Margaret's Recipe for 1 quart of Iced Tea:

Boil 5 cups (2.5 mugs) of water in a pot. Take pot off the heat. Pour in 4 heaping tablespoons of your favorite loose leaf tea, stir gently.
Steep 2-3 min for green or white tea, 4-5 min for black tea, or 7-10 min for herbal tea. Do not over steep, it will get bitter!
Strain your tea into the heat proof serving pitcher through the strainer (any kitchen strainer will do).

Pour into individual glasses filled with ice. Trim with fresh fruit (watermelon, lemon, strawberries etc.), sprig of mint, edible flowers, if you'd like.

Note: You can also just boil water in a kettle and then pour into a large heat proof container, add tea leaves and so on...
