Recommended steeping times:
1-2 min White Tea, 180° F
   2 min Green Tea, 180° F
2-3 min Yellow Tea, 180° F
   3 min Oolong Tea, 190° F
3-4 min Black Tea, 210° F
   5 min Rooibos Tea, 210° F
5-7 min Herbal&Fruit Tea, 210° F
5-7 min Yerba Mate, 210° F


Recommended measurements :
Use 1 flat teaspoon per teacup (6-7oz water), 2 for a 12oz mug.
Two ounces of tea will make approx. 10-12 mugs or 20-25 cups.
Four ounces of tea will make approx. 20-25 mugs or 40-50 cups.
