HOT METHOD (quick)
Place 1 pouch in 1 quart heatproof pitcher.
Fill pitcher 1/2 way with hot water (green tea - 180 deg water).
Steep for recommended time:
black/yerba mate 4 min
oolong/white 3 min
green 2 min
fruit, herbal 6 min
Remove tea and fill your pitcher with ice slowly.
COLD BREW METHOD ( 6-8 hrs):
Place pouch in 1 quart pitcher.
Place in the fridge for 6-8 hrs
Add a bit of ice if desired (too much ice will dilute your tea too much!)
For larger pitchers, adjust amount of pouches accordingly.
